Ling Quits Cambridge

As a result of irreconcilable differences between Martin Ling and chairman George Rolls, Ling has tendered his resignation as manager of Blue Square Premier club Cambridge United with immediate effect.
The club has reluctantly accepted his resignation.
It has been agreed that neither party will make any further statement.
