Surprise Home Defeat for Knitters

Third-placed Hinckley United went down to a surprise 3-0 home defeat against lowly Solihull Moors at the Marston`s Stadium on Monday night.
Neither side offered much of a goal threat in the opening 45 minutes – the home side coming closest with an Andy Hall free kick and a Neil Cartwright header.
However, the visitors took command after the break. They went ahead on 53 minutes when Tim Gould bundled home a cross.
Five minutes later, Knitters` keeper Chris Mackenzie saved but the ball ricocheted off Boro`s Alex Price into the net.
Junior English completed the scoring and a good 72 hours for Moors after beating Corby Town on Saturday, with a third goal 6 minutes from time.
